Tariffs
$300 includes 2 guests. Additional guests charged at $40 per person per night for adults and $25 per person per night for children. Bedsit is available when numbers exceed 8. Bedsit available with fewer than 8 but minimum charge for main house plus bedsit is $540

The bedsit is not let independently. People occupying the house only will not have a seperate, unknown group in the bedsit.
The whole house sleeps up to 20 which includes a King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 singles beds (2 with trundle beds under), 4 rollaways, an Alladin bed/bunk (double bed with single bed above) a double futon and a double Ottoman. In addition, 2 cots are available.
Minimum charge for 1 night is $450

Bedsit. Situated below main house with seperate entrance. Fully furnished, modern dwelling with seperate deck

This new, modern bedsit is located below the main house. It is available in conjunction with large groups occupying the above levels. It is not let to seperate parties.
The living areas and bedroom are carpeted throughout. Other areas are tiled. The bedroom contains a queen sized bed. An ottoman in the lounge room folds out into a double bed.
The bedsit is fully furnished including a lounge suite, dining table with four chairs and TV/DVD combo. It contains a fully appointed kitchen with oven, cook top, microwave, fridge and ample cupboard space. All crockery and cutlery are included.
A seperate bathroom is included with a toilet, hand basin and an extra large shower.
The area is heated by in-floor slab heating and a wall heater.
There is a seperate, private deck and deck furniture.
Parking is available.
