Furnished with comfort and style it has the flexibility to accomodate 2 to 8 people for a weekend or months at a time.

THE HOUSE

Bright airy and extremely comfortable. The heart of the home is an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining that is spacious and practical for every day living. This then opens onto a relaxing upper storey deck overlooking the large fenced backyard. There is a second living area/rumpus opening onto a deck and the back yard on the lower floor as well.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and air conditioning. Two other large bedrooms have the flexibility of split king beds that can either suit a couple or split into two singles each. The fourth bedroom is set up as a study with a very comfortabe double sofa bed.

There are three bathrooms including the ensuite and of course full laundry facilities. Entry to the property is through security coded electronic gates and there is a lock up garage for car accommodation.

THE LOCATION

The house is centrally located in Hawthorne - one of Brisbanes most prestigious riverside suburbs. In the local area you can walk to cinemas, cafes, restaurants and hotels with all the facilities that you would need in fashionable Oxford St.

As a base for an inner city trip Hawthorne is perfect. In no time you can take the City Cat to Southbank or the City and other public transport is readily available. Many attractions such as the Southbank, Qld Performig Arts Centre, GOMA, the Gabba, New Farm markets are within easy reach

For excursions further afield, freeway access to both Sunshine and Gold coasts is only 5 minutes away.
