Apartment is located below owner's elevated family residence. Very private and peaceful.

Huge yard for kids to run around and then cool off in the beautiful salt water lap pool and spa.
Main bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of room to spread out.
The second bedroom has one single, two king single beds or the King Singles can also be converted to a King Size bed.

Stunning outdoor bathroom is nestled in amongst lush tropical garden.

Large fully air-conditioned, open planned living, dining and kitchen fully equipped with microwave, gas hotplates and 500 litre fridge. The entire home is "kid-friendly\" with DVD, TV, games and books. There\'s secure off street parking for two vehicles and plenty of room to store boat or trailer. Washing machine and dryer available.

"Great for our family's needs; after being out and about all day, we could relax in the beautiful tropical garden and have a barbie, or swim in the lap pool. Close to East Point Reserve and Fannie Bay shops and beaches, very good location, felts like it was 5 minutes from wherever we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again. Roger and Denise both very accomodating and helpful."
