Modern three-bedroom/two bathroom holiday house available year-round. Sleeps 8. Close to Anglesea reserve and cliff-top walks. Easy walk down to main beach and shops. Pets allowed outside.

Fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living/dining with modern, smart furniture. Wood fire, plus reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. Heaters in each bedroom. DVD/video player and large screen LCD. Pantry basics like tea, coffee, herbs and spices, olive oil and tomato sauce supplied.

BBQ and outdoor table and chairs on front verandah.

Child-friendly single-level house: 2 porta-cots and high chair available. Fully enclosed small grassy yard. House is one of eleven on a scatter development, so is not near a road. Plenty of plastic cutlery/cups/plates/bowls. Children's videos, books, puzzles and toys available.

Main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite; there is a queen bed in the middle bedroom; and two bunks in the children's room. Built-in wardrobes in all rooms. Main bathroom with large bath and separate shower. Separate laundry, with front loading washing machine, dryer, large sink and door out to the clothes line.

Please note:
* Rates for public holidays and long-weekends available on request.
* A refundable bond is payable two weeks before stay commences.
* A deposit of half the tariff is required to secure a booking.
* Linen is not supplied.
*Sorry, but no schoolies groups accepted
