Awesome! Amazing apartment with everything you need for a medium to longe stay. We especially appreciated the little details like washing powder and washing machine powder being there so we didn't have to think about it!

It's a great little flat with everything you need and transport by tram to the city is easy, restaurants and food accessible. The only negative thing I would say was it was very noisy, especially one night with the backpackers in the underneath flat...

Loved our time in Melbourne. Stayed at the apartment for 11 days, it had everything we needed and more. So handy to beach, trams and all the amazing eateries at St Kilda. Such a picturesque tree lined street and such a lovely outlook from the apartment. Having a carpark available was a real benefit. Would recommend to others as an ideal place to stay, we certainly hope to return one day.

We had an absolutley wonderful time at your Beach House in Acland.The position of your apartment was second to none.The location could not have been better.It is a must for any of your future guests to dine at Lau's Family Kitchen across the road.Other really great restaurants we attended were Birre Pizza on Fitzroy St and Stokehouse (downstairs) - very child friendly-they even gave the kids pizza dough to play with and then once they designed something they cooked it in the oven for the kids.Your apartment was perfect down to the very convenient trolley bag.Your hospitality was exceptional and greatly appreciated.Thankyou Anna,we will certainly(and already have) been recommending you to friends and family.

Behind the front gate, and up the stairs hides a funky little gem of a 'getaway place'. So close to restuarants, great coffee, Luna Park, The Espy and fabulous St Kilda beach! A tram stop 50m from the front door puts the entire city within reach. (Super Sunday fare - under $3 all day!) Clean, well appointed and around $100 a night- what could be better!! Thankyou Tina and Anna. We will be back!

The entrance to the property was not very welcoming, however inside the flat it was really nice, everything that you could need. The main downside for us was that at night it was very noisy, especially in the front bedroom. We do live in the country normally so it may have bothered us more that someone who lives in an urban area. Apart from that everything else was really good, and Tian Chiosso was especially helpful.

Thank you so much for our stay, we had the best time and absolutely loved the apartment. Such a nice little place and a welcome luxury after being in hostels. We wish we could come back now!
Everything about it was brilliant, location layout, ammenities. It had everything we could have asked for and more. And obviously the cost of it was perfect too. Dealing with Tina and Anna, before, during and after we arrived was so easy and i would happily recommend your apartments to anyone i know needing accomodation.
Thank you once again for helping us have such an amazing time. If we ever get back to Melbourne i will be sure to book the apartment again. We are currently in Byron Bay working our way north eventually to Cairns then fly to New Zealand.
