“Beachside” is a large house with separate “granny flat” just a 1 minute walk from the world famous Four Mile Beach. It offers you an environment in which to relax and enjoy everything that Tropical North Queensland has to offer.

Set on a very private and spacious property in a quiet cul-de-sac encompassing extensive lawns and tropical gardens, “Beachside” is just a 1 minute walk to the sands of Four Mile Beach.
It is also less than 5 minutes drive (or local bus) from the village centre and boating marina.
Also close by are 2 championship golf courses, various casual and fine dining restaurants, “The Habitat” wildlife park and two local shopping complexes (including a supermarket, chemist, medical centre, dentist, video hire, cafes, liquor stores and dine-in and take away food outlets)
On an extra large 1,100 sq metre block, with extensive private indoor and outdoor living areas, “Beachside” has ample space, unparalleled peace and privacy.
It’s a great holiday beach house for larger families or groups of friends to enjoy beachside tropical living.
The main residence has 3 large bedrooms, one with its own private en-suite bathroom, a second main bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are disposed as a queen, a queen and a double single-king (can be made up as two king singles or a king). This bedroom also has another single bed so can sleep 3.
There is a gourmet kitchen and a large indoor lounge, dining and entertaining area overlooking the under-cover swimming pool.
The lounge opens onto a cool covered patio with gas and Weber BBQs, a separate dining / entertaining area and a fantastic setting amongst lawns and lush tropical and native gardens. There\'s plenty of lawn area for the kids to play.
The gourmet kitchen includes hotplates with range-hood, electric and microwave ovens, a large 2-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a second full size drinks fridge, a dishwasher and all appliances, cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is even a coffee machine ready to serve a great brew 24 hours a day.
The separate “granny flat” has a kitchen, toilet, laundry and sleeps up to 6 with a queen sofa bed and 2 double bunks.
The laundry has a washer and a dryer.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
“Beachside” comes fully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and fixtures throughout. These include a 42\" Plasma TV, a DVD player, a VCR and a stereo sound system and radio. Austar (pay TV) is installed as is wireless (or wired) broadband internet for your convenience (to connect your laptop, there is no PC on-site). There is a second TV in the \"granny flat\"
Quality bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
“Beachside” is also “baby-friendly” with a port-a-cot and high chair available for guest use.
The property includes a lockup garage with remote control door and two additional parking bays.
