Downstairs features a large games room, complete with table tennis table, as well as two built in single bunks and doors out to the huge, secure back yard.
The kitchen is well appointed and caters for a large number of guests, complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and ample cooking facilities. Indoor table seats 8 and outdoor seats large group.
Other features include 4 TV/DVD players, Ducted evaporative air con, ceiling fans, gas heating, high chair, BBQ and two outdoor settings. 3 showers, 3 toilets and 1 bath. 1 washing machine and outdoor clothes line is provided.
A two car carport provides drive through access to the huge fully fenced back yard.
