Calm and relaxing...like the 'Coast' of thirty years ago, this three bedroom, fibro house has timber floors throughout, a great front deck looks into the Banksias on the sand-dunes. Listen to the waves, feel the sea breezes. The backyard is large and has plenty of native trees and a great BBQ. It's securely fenced, perfect for dogs, big or small. Just a short walk to the friendly local shops, cafes and Pub..which are situated on the Lake!
Bedding configuration
Three double bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. There is a single daybed in the front living area plus a single daybed in the back living area with the large table.
Some room for a childs bed/cot - however these are not supplied.

Great location to the beach. This house has lots of old world charm. Our teenagers loved the freedom to visit the beach with the dog, walk to the shops for fish and chips or hang out at the lake. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

We had 4 days at this lovely, breezy, unadulterated beach house. A very rare find these days.
Close to everything- especially the beach - and fitted out very simply, but with everything you could possibly need.
Phillip the owner was helpful and easygoing.
We had a very relaxing holiday and will be back.

We stayed at this property when in town for a wedding. It is compact but well equipped and very comfortable, tastefully decorated, we had a terrific time and spent many hours sitting in the backyard and around the big table talking and playing cards in the backroom ! The beach is fabulous and literally across the road, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The beachhouse is also very close to nearby restaurants where we were surprised by the quality of the food - especially the fish and chip shop. The owner is a lovely guy and it was easy to arrange our stay. Highly recommend it !

Fantastic house - so close to everything you need!!!!
Was well suited for a family and the area was so close to the beach, but still peaceful.
Great outdoor facilities, rooms were clean, and even on rainy days the house was a joy to stay in. Would love to stay again !!!!!!

great and genuinely safe for our 2 dogs! The pub (dinner), cafe(breakfast) and fish and chip shop all serve top food. Will be back in winter to take advantage of the cooler weather to sight see and try the Thai!

A great place to get away from it all with the family...including the dog. The house is comfortable and very close to a beautiful beach. Budgewoi is a cute little town with lots of options for places to eat out or get takeaway. Highly recommended.

Spent the weekend there with a group of friends and absolutely loved the place. Very homely feel to it with a nice cosy lounge room and fantastic rumpus room. Very convenient location with the beach so close you can touch it along with some all the shops a 2 minute drive away. While there's no air con which may be inconvenient during the hotter days it actually didn't feel as hot as i thought i would despite the 40+ degree weather so that in itself isnt too much of a concern if you have most of the windows open.

We had a lovely time at Budgewoi, and this house had everything we needed. Great to be so close to the beach and cafes, and Sally the dog had the time of her life running around the big yard. Definitely a place we'd like to stay again.

This is the second time I have stayed at the beach house and highly recommend it! Fully fenced yard and across the road from the beach. Plenty of room with comfortable and modern amenities. Loved having breakfast on the front deck enjoying the morning sun. Truly relaxing!

Our family loved Budgewoi beachouse. It was really well set up for all the things we wanted to do, and the garden was especially lovely. The beds were really comfy, and the property is just across the road from the beach. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recomended!

Very comfortable house, great position (just across the road from the beach), and lovely native garden with masses of birdlife. Both garden and beach were very dog friendly and our 3 pooches had a lovely time, as did we!

An excellent holiday house 1.5 hours from Sydney. Furnished internally and externally with a designed eye, while retaining the relaxed nature of a beach house. Every thing works and sitting outside eating and drinking into the evening is an excellent past time.

We all enjoyed the laid back feel of budgewoi beach house and loved having the beach virtually at the front door.Being able to walk to the cafe's and restaurants was great. A very relaxing holiday for us all incl our dog!

I recently stayed at Budgewoi Beach House with 7 friends and had an excellent weekend. The place was great with everything you could need for a weekend away - plenty of seating (the huge dinning table was excellent), kitchen stuff, BBQ etc. I recommend the place and it's only a stones throw from the beach.

What a wonderful laid back, yet 'groovy' little holiday house. We had a fabulous short break...the beach is a short stroll across the road, the house has all that you could need, and the local shops are a 5 minute wander down the road if you need your coffee fix. great house with lots of character and homely feeling. huge backyard, and dining table. i like that it has double beds in every room, no couple has to draw the short straw for bunks!
very quiet street, i didn't have to worry about my dog running onto the road. it was very relaxing to sit on the front porch and listen to the waves.

Fantastic location, dog beach right on your doorstep. Very quiet street, close to shops etc.
All amenities provided, clean, neat, tidy, modern furniture.
House well secured and full of light.
