STANDARD STAYZ RATES IN 4.5 STAR ABALINA 1 & 2-ON-ROTARY
$275pn for first 2 guests using 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
$40pn for each extra adult over 16 years
$20pn for each extra child under 16 years
$10pn for one child under 2 in a porta cot (ours or yours)
$435pn peak periods for up to 6 guests (5 and 7 night specials as well)

PORTA COT AND HIGH CHAIR AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE
Porta cot and high chair provided free of charge but bring your own linen, pillow and quilt. All children 16 and under charged $20pn. One infant under 2 years $10pn in your own or our porta cot.
ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS
Add 10% one night bookings if available and at host's discretion.
INTERNET
Light wireless Internet at $5 per night of your stay - for usage of no more than an average of 50mb per day. Additional charges for higher usage.This needs to be arranged prior to your booking.
SLEEPING CONFIGURATIONS
Each cottage is fully self-contained with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping up to 6 guests in 2 queen beds and 2 king single beds. Superior abalina-on-thompson has a king bed, queen bed and 2 king single beds and is an additional $20pn
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in after 3pm and check out before 10.30am 4 nights or under and 10am 5 nights and over. Earlier check-in may be available with no additional charge depending on bookings.
PETS
Unfortunately we do not take pets
PAYMENT
Credit cards 1.75% surcharge or by Internet transfer at no charge. We do not accept Amex or Diners Club. 50% to confirtm booking with balance paid 30 days in advance of arrival. $250 initial deposit for bookings over 6 months in advance with payment terms a possibility.
CANCELLATIONS
Over 30 nights from arrival - refund of deposit less $50 administration fee. Under 30 nights off-peak, if the property cannot be rebooked, transfer to another off-peak date at a time to suit the host and guest. Peak periods and Hot Rod Weekend - no refund unless rebooked and then less a $50 administration fee.
In boutique developments of two detached cottages, often groups book out both abalina 1 and 2 cottages for reunions, family get togethers or a wedding party. Great for couples as one cottage has the facility to have two ensuites. Each sleeps up to 6 guests.
