OFF-PEAK 3 OR MORE NIGHT SPECIAL Save $42pn on all off-peak bookings of 3 nights or more.
$285pn for the first 2 guests using up to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms then add $40pn for additional adults and $15pn for additional children. Peak period $455pn for up to 6 guests. Mid peak period $295pn for up to 2 guests with $15pn - $40pn extra guests. Add $30pn for premium abalina-on-cobden.

PORTA COT, HIGH CHAIR, BABY BATH AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA COST
Porta cot, high chair and baby bath provided free of charge but bring your own linen, pillow and quilt. All children 167and under charged $15pn. Plastic plates and cups provided as well as DVD from age 6 months and books for younger chidren.
We provide a litre of milk, butter, 2 jams, vegemite and honey. Just bring a loaf of bread and your favourite cereal and you have your breakfast set.
ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS
Add 10% one night bookings on standard rates if available and at host's discretion.
SLEEPING CONFIGURATIONS
Each cottage is fully self-contained with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. abalina 1 and 2-on-rotary each have in 2 queen beds and 2 king single beds. Premium abalina-on-cobden has a king bed and two queen beds. It is an additional $30pn
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in after 3pm and check out before 10.30am 4 nights or under and 10am 5 nights and over. Earlier check-in may be available with no additional charge depending on bookings.

Unfortunately we do not take pets
PAYMENT
Credit cards 1.75% surcharge or by Internet transfer at no charge. We do not accept Amex or Diners Club. 50% to confirtm booking with balance paid 30 days in advance of arrival. $250 initial deposit for bookings over 6 months in advance with payment terms a possibility.
CANCELLATIONS
Over 30 nights from arrival - refund of deposit less $50 administration fee. Between 7-30 nights off-peak, if the property cannot be rebooked, transfer to another off-peak date at a time in the next 24 months to suit the host and guest Under 7 nights in advance of arrival if there is no refund or transfer but if successfully rebooked for the same amount then a full refund less a $50 administration fee.Peak periods and special event periods full payment 3 months in avance of arrival and no cancellation. However we will attemp to rebook the cancelled period immediately and refund the full booking if this is the amount rebooked less a $50 administration fee.

As abalina 1 and 2-on-rotary are in a boutique developments of only two cottages at the end of a quiet no-through street, they are often booked for reunions, family get togethers or a wedding party (for up to 12 guests). Great for couples as one cottage has the facility to have two ensuites. Each sleeps up to 6 guests. Premium abalina-on-cobden is only a 150m walk from these two.
