Description

This beautiful home features 3 double bedrooms with ensuite and therapeutic spas along with a parent retreat upstairs complete with king size bed, TV/DVD and huge walk in robe. The fourth bedroom consists of 2 double bunks for the kids along with their own bathroom plus there is an additional 4 double size fold out futon lounge beds scattered throughout. The house is fitted with 2 large laser instantaneous hot water systems which means nobody waits for a shower. Great family room overlooks the fully fenced sparkling pool with TV/DVD and pool table. There is a separate activity / games room with huge TV and play station. The bright spacious fully equipped kitchen overlooks the alfresco entertainment area with BBQ and outdoor setting. There is a lovely grassed area opposite a big storage shed complete with bikes and surfboards for a fun day at the beach. This lovely home can accommodate up to 2 families with comfort and space.

Location

This home is ideally located just 2 kms from the fantastic Sorrento Quay / Hillarys Marina. Enjoy a coastal walk along some of Perths most beautiful beaches or jump on the ferry departing at the marina to one of Perths biggest tourist attractions Rottnest Island just 30 minutes by boat. A purpose built shopping centre is just 200m away and a large shopping complex just a 5 minute drive. This area is abundant with cafes and restaurants and has easy freeway access to the city and airports. The train & bus stations are just a 3 minute drive and both private and state primary schools are within walking distance.

BOND...This is our house and we rent it to you on the grounds that you look after it,,it is given to you in a clean nad presentable state,,we expect it to be returned in a similiar condition...any differences or damaged will be charged to you at a reasonable rate...The cleaning lady will charge us extra if you leave the house overly dirty,,pls respect us and the house and do a little cleaning.....Pls also remove all linen used on your leaving and leave in the laundry so we know what has been used and can be washed.
