Alby's Seaside Cottage is located in the beautiful Victorian coastal town of Seaspray, under 3 hours from Melbourne and only 25 minutes from Sale. Gippsland's beautiful 90-mile beach is just a few minutes walk away.

Experience the tranquillity of enjoying breakfast looking out over farmland watching cattle grazing yet only a short stroll from the beach or Merrimans creek inlet where young children can safely play in calm protected shallow waters.

The Seaspray surf beach is patrolled by Surf Lifesavers during the summer months.

Accommodation

Fully self contained featuring two bedrooms, a Queen bed in the first, with electric blanket to keep you warm in winter, and a built in robe. The second bedroom contains a double bunk (with trundle) and two single beds.

The lounge features a TV and DVD player. A reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. In the bathroom you'll find a shower with a hip bath base suitable for very young children. The Kitchen features a hotplate stove, full size fridge freezer and a microwave oven. The meals area adjacent to the kitchen is at the front of the house with a view over farmland and surrounding hills with no houses on the opposite of the road to spoil the view and the serenity.

Outside

Situated in a large enclosed yard with swings, sandpit, a BBQ and outdoor setting.

There is a small laundry with washing machine and trough, and clothes line in the back yard. An outside shower (cold water only) offers a chance to wash the sand and salt off after a day at the beach.
