An inviting elevated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated in a quiet area just a short stroll to the beach, general store and boat ramp/ cafe.
The property has a relaxed and cosy feel with a large front yard surrounded with native trees and a large lawned area.
It has the capacity to sleep eight people with a double bed, two single bunk beds and a double sprung sofa bed. (Main bedroom has remote TV).
An open lounge/ dining area with a reverse cycle system (heating & cooling), CD shelf stereo system, remote TV and DVD/video player. The lounge opens out to a large north facing deck with sweeping ocean views. There is a large 5 burner B.B.Q, bamboo oil lanterns and a 6 person outdoor setting.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric ceramic cook top, oven and microwave.
The lower level contains a large living area with remote TV and DVD. The sofa converts to a double bed and there is an additional bathroom & toilet. The laundry has a large capacity washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a second refrigerator.
The front yard has ample space to park a number of cars/ boat and big enough for the kids to kick the footy.
The location is close enough to Cowes restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops (15 - 20 minute walk), yet far enough to enjoy the Island's serenity.
It is within easy access to the Phillip Island’s Penguin parade, Grand Prix track, local vineyards, the Nobbies and other Island attractions.
Enjoy the safe bay beach at your door step or take a short drive to two of Australia’s best surf beaches of Cape Woolamai and Smith’s Beach.
Tenants are required to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.
