Capel Cottage is a unique absolute beachfront property. The cottage sits approx 30 feet above the beach and is enclosed by natural bush giving you almost complete privacy while still being in a premier beachfront position. Look out to a stunning 180 degree view of MacMasters Beach and Copacabana Headlands. Walk down the driveway and your toes will be practically in the sand.

The house is of traditional 60's style and has been in the Capel family for almost 50 years. Built in 1964 it has all the character and charm of its era, perfect for a couple or family wanting to enjoy true beach culture at its best in a laid-back, relaxing and romantic atmosphere.

The simple, open plan design of the cottage is welcoming and practical. It includes two bunkbeds on the bottom level plus a single bed and bathroom. The top level has two double bedrooms, one also includes a bunkbed. The kitchen and family room are combined and open out onto the large wrap around balcony. There is a second bathroom (shower only and tiny basin) off the balcony. A separately accessed loo is alongside. Plasma TV and satellite Foxtel are included. Wireless Internet also available. The kitchen has two fridges, a single sink (no dishwasher; so bonding is encouraged with washer and dryer-uppers on hand!), microwave, oven, kettle and toaster.

Capel Cottage is a special place to stay. Be welcomed by lorikeets in the morning looking for a feed and relax listening to birds and cicadas singing throughout the day. Sit on the balcony and watch the kids swimming in the surf below then sip on a glass of wine in the evening looking up at the Milky Way in a romantic moonlit setting.
