This family home has two seperate living zones each with wall mounted HD plasma TV's, 5 beautiful bedrooms and a deck to entertain the best on. Just minutes walk to Main Street Sorrento and both Bay and Surf Beaches. The master bedroom comprises a Queen bed & ensuite, bedrooms 2 & 3 have a Queen bed each, whilst bedroom 4 has two sets of bunks, one with a double bed below and single above and one with single bunks. Downstairs bedroom 5 is a very large self contained bedroom with kitchenette, LED TV, a queen bed and a sofa bed if required. In addition to the main bathroom and ensuite upstairs there is a laundry, toilet and shower downstairs adjacent to the fifth bedroom. Continous hot water system ensures everyone gets a hot shower, no matter how many of the four showers are used!
Sip complimentery champagne on the huge entertaininement deck whilst you soak up the all day sunshine with a book. Throw a prawn on the BBQ whilst the sun sets. Take a stroll to the nearby beaches whilst your partners play golf at one of the half a dozen golf courses a short drive away. This house is made to relax in but if a rainy day comes along don't worry there's a great library of books to choose from or watch a movie on Plasma TV's in one of the seperate living areas.

If "eating in" is your preference the house is an entertainers delight with a fully equipped open plan kitchen adjacent to the main living area or the outdoor BBQ and decking adjacent to the second living area. In addition to the large deck there is undercover decking around three sides of the house making sure there is always outdoor shelter from the odd spring shower or the strong summer sun. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. On the other hand if a restful holiday is more your style then kick off your shoes, a complimentary champagne awaits a celebratory start. Then stroll down to the cafes, pubs and restaurants, only five minutes walk away!
