*The ‘from’ rate shown on Stayz is the starting rate for stays of longer than 28 nights. We have very dynamic rates which vary considerably depending on length of stay and time of year. There is no facility on this website to show this in full. Please submit an enquiry for an accurate quote.

Your accommodation comprises a main bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor, and upstairs are two luxurious king sized bedrooms (which can each be separated to 2 singles if required), brimming with natural light, and providing all the comforts of home. All bedrooms have built in robes, and their own individually controlled reverse cycle heating/air conditioning units. We can also provide a trundle for an extra guest, if required ($100 flat fee per clean/week). If the extra guest is a young child, a porta-cot is available on request, with guests supplying their own linen.

The ground floor area comprises open plan living and dining, and includes an LCD TV (with the full FOXTEL package), DVD, stereo, CD's, books and magazines. Wireless Broadband also available. The dining area caters for 8 guests. With bi-fold doors opening from the living area onto a courtyard, a relaxed indoor/outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ and outdoor setting for 6 can be enjoyed. For those with a love of cooking, a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washer/dryer) looks out over an atrium. If you prefer to dine out, whether your taste is for dinner or brunch, an easy 10 minute walk to Glenhuntly Rd sees you sipping coffee or enjoying a meal at one of the eclectic mix of restaurants and cafes.

Your pets are welcome by arrangement, to share your stay at the Coco Diva. Your dog can delight in some 'off lead' time five minutes walk away at Princes Park.

Ajoining Deco Diva 481, one accommodation combining both Coco Diva and Deco Diva 481, having four bedrooms and three bathrooms, is an option (subject to availability of both properties).

Coco Diva is conveniently located with public transport to the city, Chadstone, St Kilda and Elwood at your door.

Coco Diva is approximately 10km south east of the city

Coco Diva is a short tram ride to Glenhuntly Rd cafes, restaurants and retail shopping

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
