Set in magnificently manicured gardens, Le Jardin is a fully furnished apartment that features some of the most intricate and grand features of the 1870's Victorian era.
As you enter this grand Melbourne apartment, you will be delighted with the vast open-plan living and soaring 16 ft walls. In the main living area, you can relax in 2 comfortable suede sofas that are surrounded by unique antique pieces with gas heater for cosy evenings. There is a TV with Foxtel (Cable TV) and CD/DVD player with MP3 compatibility. The antique timber dining setting seats 6 and is conveniently situated next to the kitchen which features Blanco stainless steel gas stove & oven with granite benches plus an all-in-one clothes washer/ dryer machine.
Through the double doors is the large master bedroom that has a queen size bed, marble fireplace (non active) with a huge mirror above, built in robes and a lovely antique desk (for those here on business). The bright, second bedroom has a double bed, a king single sofa bed and more built in robes. The bathroom has a shower over a full sized bath, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
This apartment has huge picture widows looking out onto the manicured garden, elaborate decorative ceilings, lead lighting, honey coloured floorboards and Persian carpets with direct access to the sweeping, intricately tiled terrace. Very cool in summer naturally, due to high ceilings and thick walls.
Le Jardin is brilliantly nestled at the border of St Kilda and Elwood so you have the best of both worlds. On one side there's the elegance and peacefulness of Elwood's tree lined streets with the delightful Elwood Village shopping precinct, on the other side is buzzing St Kilda with its numerous funky cafes, bars, and shops, including two supermarkets. Luna Park is close by and the St Kilda yacht club and beach are just a block and a half away with superb restaurants overlooking the bay.
This stately Elwood apartment will easily accommodate a family or two couples requiring holiday accommodation in Elwood. It is also ideal for executive travel and corporate short stay accommodation in Melbourne. Allocated off street parking is included at the rear.
Please note, well behaved children are welcome but we do highlight the beautiful full length cream curtains in the apartment and would appreciate that care is taken to keep them clean.
Check in 2:00 pm. Check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

STANDARD INCLUSIONS
All bookings include a welcome pack featuring luxurious toiletries, quality tea and coffee and a range of frequently used household consumables, FREE WIFI, FOXTEL, secure off street parking, bed linen, towels, local phone calls, all utilities, professional weekly housekeeping (for stays of a 8 nights or longer) and exit clean on departure. Plus our fabulous customer service 7 days a week!
MINIMUM STAYS
In general, we have a 5 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
