This property is available for the holiday rental market so book early to secure your holiday at this beautiful waterfront property. Absolutely perfect for small and large families, bringing the in-laws or just bringing the dog.

You'll get the most out of this property if water activities are high on your wish list. You have endless possibilities to choose from. Go for a swim in pool, walk across the road and go fishing or have a swim across to Chambers Island. You might even like to hire our our kayak and take it up and down the Maroochy River and around to Chambers Island and Twin Waters. Bring your boat or hire a boat, jet ski or catamaran 100 metres up the road or have a go at some snorkelling. All of these activities can happen from the front door.

If you want to slow things down a little, you could also grab a book and read by the pool while working on the tan, or relax upstairs on the deck and watch life go by.

At night you can have a few games of pool or snooker while having a cool drink at the bar. For the movie goers, there is a air conditioned Theatre Room with an overhead projector, 2.4 metre screen and a top end Onyx digital Pro Logic sound system that'll punch you back into the theatre lounge seats (you'll love it!!). There's 50 DVD movie titles to choose from catering for all tastes. Don't worry if you want to watch your own thing as you can watch it from the TV & DVD player upstairs.

The bathroom has a large spa bath to relax in after the long day of activities.

Renovated and furnished to keep with the holiday theme while creating all the comforts of home. The house has 2 bedrooms in the front with a Queen size bed and two single beds. Two double click clacks (sofa beds) will also cater for the extended family or friends. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas oven and cook top and granite bench tops provides everything you need to cater for a family or group of 8 to 12. A dishwasher ready to take care of the cleaning.

The separate air conditioned studio in the rear overlooks the pool was completed in 2006 has a huge room with Queen sized bed and ensuite with double shower and double basins. This is ideal for privacy and intimacy on your holiday away from the children or extended family or friends.

Outside you can play with the kids and dog as there is plenty of room in the front or the back of the 1012m2 property to run around. High fences surround the property which will give you added peace of mind. You could go for a swim in the 10m lap pool or sun bake or read a book under the umbrella.

There is a large double garage and plenty of area to park the trailer, motor home or caravan. There is also some toys and sand castle spades and buckets that will keep the children occupied too.

Maybe shopping is your thing so a visit to Sunshine Plaza, the Sunshine Coast largest shopping centre with 120 specialty stores for those that are in need of some 'retail therapy'.

As Maroochydore is the hub of the Sunshine Coasts, most of the above attractions are either in walking distance or just a few minutes away by car.

Linen, Kayak, porta cot, high chair, change table and other items can all be hired for if required.
