Completed in 2007, this modern two storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachhouse offers views of the ocean from every room.
Along with direct beach access, Aqua also boasts the best views in Culburra, with breathtaking views of the beach, ocean an northern coastline.
Aqua Beachfront has been designed to take advantage of its location, presenting a seamless flow from the indoors to the out. It boasts fantastic views from the bedrooms, the modern kitchen, the open plan living/dining area, and both decks.
Let the outdoors in through the sliding glass doors, or relax on the balcony or deck.
The house has a 106cm Plasma TV, Pay TV & DVD player, R/C Air conditiong, ceiling fans, 2 'elephant' showers, or soak in the bath. There is also a fully appointed kitchen complete with granite benchtops, stainless steel appliances (inc dishwasher and 900mm oven).

Located just 18km east of Nowra, Culburra Beach is ideally situated, north of Jervis Bay, south of seven mile beach and a great central location to the many attractions of the NSW South Coast.
Culburra Beach has its own shopping facilities including a Woolworths supermarket, butcher, bakery, chemist, bottle shop and various take aways. There is also a Bowling Club where you can enjoy a drink, meal, a flutter on the pokies or TAB, or a social game of bowls.
