You will love this exquisite architecturally designed home nestled on top of the Culburra Beach sand dunes.

Our prestige property is 5 star and more. With the best views in Culburra, open the large double sliding doors and relax as you enjoy breakfast on the sun drenched balcony taking in unsurpassed ocean views from Gerroa to Penguins Head. Then stroll down the private track to the beach for a swim,less than a minute from your doorstep.

Enjoy an afternoon siesta on the beautifully landscaped lawn or in the shade of the downstairs deck. Later,adjourn to the rear deck for Cocktail hour to watch the sunset over Curleys Bay and the mountains.

The property is located at the end of a private laneway midway along Culburra Beach and comes with a remote controlled double lock up garage and off st parking for 3 extra cars. There is plenty off street parking for a boat up to 5.5 metres.

Don't bother with the hassle of puting bikes on the car, we have two top end Giant Mountain bikes for your use during your stay.

The state of the art Gourmet kitchen comes with modern european appliances, Ilvie free standing gas stove and convection oven, Double F&P dishwashing drawers and Smeg microwave.

Surrounding the kitchen is a large stone breakfast bar, a chefs delight.

There is an extensive range of electical appliances and utensils and good quality kitchen knives.

Our pantry remains stocked with flours, olive oil, sauces, foil, cling wrap, herbs, spices, teas, plunger coffee, sugar, salt, pepper ect and much more for your convenience.

There are three seperate living areas all luxuriously appointed. The TV room has a 40" LCD tv/DVD connected to Austar for your enjoyment. There is another LCD tv/DVD also connected to Austar for the kids or big kids cooking on the BBQ in the downstairs living area as well. Both TV's have Movie Channels available.

We have a extensive range of DVDs for the kids and adults. We are up to date with all the latest releases.

For the music enthusiests the property boasts state of the art Jamo floor standing speakers upstairs and wall mounted outdoor Jamo speakers downstairs. There is a Marantz Ipod dock and a Marantz multi zone amlifier to control your sound inside and out. CD's can be played as well. Music stored on your Laptops can be run through the stereo.

High speed wireless broadband is accessable throuout the house for our guests holidaying with thier Laptops.

There are five lounges and a Balinese day bed within the property for those lazy afternoon siestas.

We have recently added a king size all weather daybed/sun lounge (pictured) on our viewing deck.

The Master bedroom includes a King size bed and a gorgeous ensuite all with ocean views, large sliding doors open onto a large rear deck with Pacific Ocean outlook. Just lift your head off the pillow to watch the waves rolling in at sunrise.

Two other bedrooms come with queensize beds and built in robes .

There is an extra single bed/daybed in one of the bed rooms.

All the beds are dressed to 5 star Hotel standards with fresh, clean, high thread count linen for your comfort.

There is another bedroom/TV room which has a luxury queen size sofa bed and seperate bathroom. This room has large sliding doors opening onto a deck with magnificent views west to the mountains and Curleys Bay.

Our property is designed to accomadate a maximum of 8 people. 6 people is an ideal number.

The property has 3 bathrooms. the main bathroom, with it's Balinese feel is a treat within itself.The large double bath has bi-fold windows which open onto a private courtyard and hot/cold outdoor shower. There is also a hot/cold shower off the rear deck to rinse off after a hard day on the beach.

A comlimetary bottle of French Champagne will welcome guests who stay 7 nights or more.
