The quaint village of Pottsville is situated on the banks of Moobal Creek. Its many attractions include:

*Safe swimming creek
*Great fishing - both beach and estuary
*Cycle and walkways connecting the seaside villages of Pottsville,Cabarita Beach,Casuarina,Salt and Kingscliff.
*Bushwalking in the "Environmental Gardens" - 400m from the house.
*Bowling at the large modern Pottsville Bowling and Sports Club - great seafood meals here also - and only 300m from the house.
*Restaurants and cafes as well as Tavern,Bakery,Butcher,Fruit shop,General store,Fishing Tackle etc
*On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month the town hosts the Pottsville Markets - there are animal rides for the children,arts and crafts,plenty of food,music and local produce

Conditions of Tenancy

1. All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday - arrival at 1.00pm and departure by 9.00am.
2. 50% of tariff required to hold booking.This can be paid either by direct deposit,credit card or cheque.
3. Should a booking be cancelled then the deposit will only be returned when the premises are re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy.
4. The guest will be responsible for any damages.
5. Garbage bin to be placed on street for pick up Sunday night
6. Premise to be kept clean at all times.
