This is a 2 bedroom apartment situated as an Annexe attached to our house. It has its own independent access and is locked off from the main property (although you're welcome to join us for a drink, a swim and a game of pool at any time!)

5 minutes from the Indian Ocean, Mindarie Marina, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, this is ideal for a small party of people either newly arrived to Australia or visiting to find their feet.

You have access to the pool at all times (this is legally fenced off to keep children safe). Barbecue is provided, as is car parking off road.

The apartment has an en-suite bathroom off of the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a bunk-bed but this can be altered into 2 singles.

Additional Information

Clarkson Train Station is 5 minutes drive away and this will get you to Perth City within 35 minutes. The large shopping centre at Lakeside Joondalup is 15 minutes drive away, as is Hillarys Boat Harbour.

We have had many people who have stayed with us as they want to have their own space and not feel they are intruding on their relatives or friends. You have your own space at an affordable rate and all of the Northern Suburbs are accessible within half an hour

Please note that Check in Time is 3pm on day of arrival and Check Out Time is 10am on day of departure.

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable in advance once you have occupied the property.

We will refund a deposit if cancellation is made 6 weeks or more prior to intended arrival; however in the peak summer period there is a NO refund policy (this is 1 December through to end of February)
