This house contains all your holiday requirements,the main bedroom has a queen sized double bed, the second bedroom has top and bottom single bunk beds, TV / DVD, barbeque and entertainment area with sea views, a new kitchen with microwave , dishwasher, all you need to cook up a storm.

The downstairs flat contains own kitchen area with fridge oven and sink,with double bed and top and bottom bunk, plus a rollaway bed, television, lounge area, shower and toilet.

All beds have linen with extra blankets if required
Heating is a gas log fire.

Mt Martha

Mt Martha is a great base to enjoy all that the Peninsula has to offer ,close to some of the best golf courses in the state,with clean safe beaches all along the coast and surf beaches not far away.
From Sunshine drive Mt Martha village is a short drive away or a half hour stroll
MtMartha has just about all your needs ,super market ,bank
doctors,coffee shops,life saving and sail clubs and is a ten minute drive from Mornington
