Linley House is a Bed and Breakfast Has 2 outdoor entertaining decks with barbeque. It is a comfortable modern house on 3 levels. There are lovely walks through Linley Reserve and Hunters Hill. Opposite Lane Cove river.

As the accommodation is bed and breakfast the cost is per room and NOT per person. If there are 4 people (2 couples) you will require 2 rooms. A free zoo pass to Taronga Zoo for 4 people is available for bookings of 3 nights or more. Request must made when booking is confirmed.
Listed rate is for one queen or twin room only. However, the B&B can accommodate 6 people in 3 rooms or a single person may have one room. If you are a group of 4 you will need two rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights and used all three rooms. It was a wonderful stay with a great breakfast and easy proximity to everywhere. The driveway was tricky with a vehicle but the owners were very helpful. It is right on public transport as well.

I loved it!
What a gorgeous place to stay, mainly due to the wonderful hosts who made us feel so welcome. Thanks for some really lovely memories. We all loved Linley House, kids and adults alike.
