The pole house is located just 2 minutes from the main street, but with 270 degree views over Swan Bay, Swan Island, Port Phillip bay and the boat ramp. The house is all timber inside and sleeps a mximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 Doubles and 2 x 2 singles). The house is fully self contained with full kitchen, TV, DVD player, gas heaters.

"The view from the Pole House was great and the owner was easy to deal with. The down side was access to the property which has steep uneven steps. The bathroom is only a shower room and there is only one bathroom not enough for the amount of beds. "
