Your apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, a balcony, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating and bathroom with separate washing machine and clothes dryer. The balcony has a view towards Port Phillip Bay. Local phone calls and internet access included (just need to bring your own computer). Undercover, security, reserved parking is available for a small fee.

There's a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and additional guests can enjoy a very comfortable, fold-out, double sofa bed. You can also add in a fold-away single bed or a cot if you need that extra place for someone.

You'll enjoy our indoor heated pool and well-equipped gymnasium - and that's only the beginning! Just 300 metres away are a HOST of local attractions: the bustling Crown Casino complex and cosmopolitan Southbank Promenade (famous for their award-winning restaurants and cafes), the beautiful CBD cityscape overlooking the Yarra River and it's famous rowers, bridges, cycleways and roller-blading tracks that go on 'forever', Jeff's Shed (The Melbourne Exhibition Centre), CBD cinemas, live theatres, bars, shopping districts and restaurants. MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement
