There are so many things of interest that are close to Bayviews accommodation such as Melbourne Aquarium, Flinder's Street Station, Federation Square (Fed Square),Young & Jackson Hotel, St Paul's and St Patrick's Cathedrals, Flagstaff Gardens, Treasury Gardens, and Alexandra Gardens, the National Gallery of Victoria, the Victorian Arts Centre and Victoria Barracks.

Within walking distance from Bayviews at Southbank serviced apartment are many icons such as the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kings Domain, the Shrine of Remembrance, Melbourne Park (Tennis Centre) and the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG or the G). You can also find Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station, the Rialto Building & Stock Exchange, Eureka Tower, and the Melbourne Convention Centre. The Free City Circle Tram or bus will take you right around the city. Along the way you can stop off at Queen Victoria Market and visit many famous Melbourne shopping locations.

If you want to go further field from your apartment, you can take a tram to St Kilda, Port Melbourne, Bridge Road shopping strip or Chapel Street shopping & restaurant strip. And CityLink and the Eastern Freeway are easy to get to, connecting you with all major freeways out of the city.

Your Southbank serviced accommodation is so central;

On the Yarra River is the never-ending Southbank Promenade; famous for its world-class restaurants, shops and of course, Crown Casino. In addition, there are multiple food outlets, buskers and arts & crafts events. And the Melbourne Exhibition Centre (better known as Jeff’s Shed) is just across Clarendon Street, opposite the Casino.

Just pass Southern Cross Station you will land yourself in Docklands; an amazing world of it's own.

Bayviews at Southbank is securely tucked inside the stylish Sentinel building, with an internal heated pool, gym. tennis court and basketball hoop.

We choose our serviced apartments with two main criteria in mind; they must be central (close to transport, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops), and even though they may be in the thick of things, the actual apartments must be reasonably quiet, so you are not woken up all night.

APARTMENT INCLUSIONS
Your serviced apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, a balcony, laundry facilities and bathroom. The balcony overlooks South Melbourne towards Port Phillip Bay.

There's a very comfy pillow-top king-sized bed, that blends well with the newly decorated apartment, and additional guests can enjoy a very comfortable double sofa bed or single foldaway. You can also ask for a cot or high chair if you need them; no extra charge.

CITYSIDE - Available from mid-March 2012

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance.
3 night minimum in general.

Public holidays and special event periods may incur a surcharge.

Fantastic Apartment right in the middle of Southbank. We had a great stay, within walking distance of everything wonderful in Melbourne, so close to the river and entertainment at the Casino and Arts Centre. Two things come to mind while staying at Bayviews Apartment at Southbank. Comfort and Convenient. Apartment was beautifully furnished, fully equip, very clean and lovely views from balcony especially at night. Would recommend this apartment to the most fuzziest customer. A credit to owners for maintaining such a high standard.

We did enjoy our time at the Southbank apartment. Everything that we required was found easily in the apartment and the location was very convenient. Thank you for the information you gave us about the local shops, it turned out to be very helpful! It was also a bonus to have a swim in the pool.
