  • "Absolutely fabulous! Sharon was very welcoming and the place felt "like Home" even though we were on holidays. The day bed/sofa was our favourite relaxion time and the unit was bright, spotless, spacious and secure with all appliances provided for comfort. Even better was the close proximity to town (about 5 min walk)and we also loved how quiet it was. We will definitely be staying here at Beaches Twelve again when we come back to Byron Bay due to location, value for money and fantastic customer service."

  • "What a fantastic place to stay! Our hosts Darrin & Sharon looked after us right from first contact to make us welcome, and the place was immaculate. Very clean and spacious, secure, with modern facilities and bright. Staying here realy helped us feel at home in Byron. The location is great too, only a 5 min walk to town and just enough out of the way of the 'hustle & bustle'. Also a 5 min walk through the bush track to the beach, very scenic. I will definitely be booking my next stay at Byron Bay through Beaches 12 again."
