Soaked in Sun, Guethary offers residents the magical coastal walkways and boardwalks North to the famous Dee Why Point and South, down to the Surfing paradise of North Curl Curl Beach.

Following the coastal boardwalk north from the front gate, takes you to the Cafe's and renowned resturants of Dee Why Beach.

Relax and watch the whales or read the morning papers on the sundrenched lounges. Guethary offers the everything an oceanfront holiday should be.

Things to do

Guethary offers a unique Spa/Plunge pool, The pool can be quickly heated and is a real treat for kids of all ages with a window view into the lower floors. A games room off the lower level with views and privacy can be a dance floor for the girls or a games room for the boys with a Nintendo Playstation setup for all ages.

With a small racket hitting wall, the Tennis buffs can tune up, while a weights set is also available for those choosing a more serious buff up. There are 4 bikes and helmets for all ages in the Bike rack should you feel the desire to explore the neighbourhood.

For the Foodies, a state of the art kitchen with the latest Neff Magnetic induction cooktop and oven. While also offering the famous resturants of Dee Why point such as Stella Blue, Sandbar, Moltifino and Deck 23 to name just a few.

To go further afield, the famous Manly Corso is only 10 minutes by car while the city is approximately 30-40 minutes away.

For the bushwalkers, the renowned headlands board walk can be accessed from the front gate with options to head north to Long Reef or south to Freshwater for some of the best Bush and coastal walks in Sydney.

For the more sedentary pursuits, a Telescope is available for those given to checking in on our interplanetary neighbours or the rising full moons over the ocean that are incredible to behold. Guethary is popular for writers seeking inspiration with the name Guesthary meaning a place to watch the whales.

For those who have stayed here previously you will notice the old house is gone. The new house has just been completed and has added a special feel with its hydroniclly warmed polished concrete floors and large open plan stepped living and dining area. We spent a long time making sure it had everything we wanted and hope you like what we have done.
