This is one bedroom fully self contained privately owned unit in a hotel complex. My guest can enjoy the hotel facilites of pool, bar, off street parking and laundry. The unit is very comfortable for a short or long term stay. There is a full sized, fully equiped kitchen, with microwave, fridge oven, plenty of cabinet and bench space. The basics are provided for you, tea, coffee, including a coffee/cappuccino maker, milk, sugar and condiments and of course all necessary crockery/cultury and cooking utensils. The unit is open plan with the dining area opening up onto a balcony that overlooks the pool area. There is a small cafe table and two chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon beverage. A corner desk with table light is perfect to use as a mini office. The sitting area has a leather chaise lounge that faces the TV/DVD, that is connected to Austar Cable TV. There is a small very functional bathroom with shower a hairdryer has been provided. A large separate bedroom contains a Queen and single bed with another TV mounted on the wall also with Austar Cable TV. A full sized mirrored wardrobe can hold all your clothes and contains the towels and linen you need for your stay. Another balcony comes off the bedroom.

If you are flying into/out of Darwin please check your arrival and departure times as there are flights that arrive/depart early am eg:1-3am. If you would like to have the room for a early arrival check in please book the night prior to hold room.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

The famous Mindil Beach Markets are a 10 minute walk down the road, just pass the Skycity Casino. Opposite the Casino is the Golf links pulbic golf course. Experience one of Darwins fabulous sunsets sitting under the palm trees at the Trailer Boat Club or Sailing Club, less than a 5 minute drive away.

There are plenty of restaurants and fastfood outlets, across the road, some of these are open 24 hours. A mini supermarket is also located across the road less than 1 minute walk away. Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets are less than a easy 15 minute walk away. You are ideally located to take a short walk into Darwin Mall and along the green leafy Esplanade. Less than 10 minutes stroll into Darwin for all the nightlife and street cafe along Mitchell Street.

Doctors Gully fish feeding is only a five minute walk. Public transport operates on a regular basis along Mitchell St, the road behing the complex. This is an ideal base to explore Darwin, and take tours or drive yourself to Kakadu, Litchfield National Park and the many other attractions Darwin has to offer.
