Situated on the first floor, the apartment is light-filled and extremely spacious with modern, comfortable furniture and an outlook onto a shared garden below.

Wimbledon features 3 large bedrooms with built-in robes. The master bedroom is huge, with a queen size bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a trundle single bed and its own television, with the entrance off the rear deck.

Featuring 12ft high ceilings and large windows, the living area is spacious, light and luxurious. Enjoy the flat-screen TV (with Foxtel), DVD player (with a good selection of DVDs on hand), surround sound system and broadband access. This room leads into a dining area that seats 8 comfortably and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a meals area.

At the rear is a large private enclosed deck, with outdoor seating for 6 and room to curl up and enjoy a good book in the sun.

The apartment also has central heating throughout, except for in the rear third bedroom which has a heater and a fan.

With off-street parking, a lock up garage, a security entrance and an enclosed garden, the apartment is great for families. A cot and high chair is also available, however guests must supply their own cot sheets.

As a member of the Boutique Stays group, this property has been personally inspected by one of our management team, is serviced weekly to high quality standards and professionally maintained. We are also just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
