There's a 27-hole golf course between Pambula & Merimbula & an Airport with daily flights to Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra & elsewhere.

ACCOMMODATION

BEDS: Upstairs - 1 queen, 1 king single, 1 sofa-bed
Downstairs - 1 queen, 1 king single

1ST FLOOR: Entrance from carport or front door to stairway. The rest of the space is for storage only & not accessible to tenants.

2ND FLOOR: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom. Bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity. A large open, rumpus area. Open plan, split-level lounge with 3 seater couch & 2 armchairs, TV, DVD, CD music. 10 seater dining table, chef's kitchen with d'washer, fan-forced oven, bench top griller & gas cooking jets, large pantry, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware & cooking requisites. Bar-b-que and table with 6 chairs are on the deck which extends along the entire length of the house.

3RD FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with en-suite entrance to private back deck overlooking National Park, walk-in robe and doorway into wetbar with fridge, sink & 2 chairs. 1 single bedroom (bir). All these rooms open onto a deck that extends along the whole length of the house. Mezzanine loft behind these rooms with sofa-bed.

YOU NEED TO BRING: Linen - All sheets, pillowcases, towels & teatowels.

This is a NON-SMOKING home.
