In a beautifully elevated position this house will easily accommodate two families, one upstairs and one downstairs. It also features a games room to keep the kids amused. The garden surrounding the house is fully fenced so if you have toddlers you can sit and relax.
Spend your warm sunny days swimming, fishing, golfing or lazing on the beach. Alternatively for those cold winter nights you can sit back and enjoy the view with the wood heater keeping you warm.
There is plenty of parking available for both cars and a boat. This is your ideal holiday destination.
The coastal village of Binningup is approximately 30km north of Bunbury and about 127km south of Perth. It is a popular holiday spot where 4WD activities, safe swimming, fishing, boating and generally lazing about on wide, clean, sandy beaches are favourite pastimes.
The reef running parallel to Binningups main beach protects it and makes it the ideal place for launching boats, swimming, fishing, skin-diving and surfing.
Binningup Golf Club has a magnificent 9-hole course, set in natural bushland with an abundance of native flora and fauna. The course continues to the beach dunes with great views of the ocean.
Pack a set of clubs and enjoy a relaxing round on one of the most scenic courses in Western Australia followed by a drink with the locals at the Country Club (subject to opening times).
