We are located 3 min to all attractions, inc 3 mins to CBD and Beach. Units 3 and 4 have inbuilt balconies whilst unit 6 has courtyard and 6a has a balcony to take in the magnificent city views, enjoying sunrise at breakfast or toast a delightful sunset dinner. Banyan Place is truly unique, offering you an experience that you are unlikely to forget, plus a double spa, all in the privacy of your sun drenched apartment.
Banyan Place is situated in one of the best locations in Warrnambool, perfectly positioned between the beach, shops, restaurants, publs, clubs, art gallery, lake pertobe playground / nature reserve and Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum and Sound Show.

Facilites
Unit 3, 4, and 6 have full kitchens and laundry
whilst 6a has kitchenette and no laundry or kitchen sink.
Units 3 and 4 - all amenities and off street parking
Unit 6 - all amenities and free on street parking with all day permit
Unit 6a - secure garage - remember no kitchen, just kettle, toast and micro.

We even had time to visit a few of the tourist spots.
The unit was comfortable, spotless and very convenient to every facility.
Won't hesitate to book again if visiting Warrnambool again.
