Panorama Beach House is a beachfront property on The Esplanade at Surf Beach, Phillip Island in Victoria.

Panorama is a two storey home that has been designed for relaxing holidays with family and friends. Accommodating 8 to 9 people, it contains 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and large living areas with 180 degree uninterupted panoramic views of Surf Beach from Pyramid Rock to Cape Woolamai.

Watch the breakers rolling onto Surfie\'s Point, explore the local rock pools or wander along the coastal reserve and beaches.

Panorama Features

Panorama has recently been fully refurbished with fresh paintwork, polished timber floors, gas fireplace, renovated bathrooms and all new modern furniture and appliances.

Panorama can accommodate 8-9 guests in 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor:
* Bedroom 1 Sleeps 2 in a Queen Bed and includes an ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2 Sleeps 2 in a Queen Bed.
* Bedroom 3 Sleeps 4 in two sets of bunk beds. An additional trundle bed is available in this room.

The living areas are located on the first floor providing panoramic views of the beach and coastal reserve. The main living area incorporates the kitchen and dining areas and entertainment zones including large HD Plasma TV, DVD, Pool table and comfortable lounge areas. The second living area contains an LCD TV, games console and also boasts panoramic views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, appliances including toaster, sandwich grill, espresso machine, hand blender and quality cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery. A gas BBQ is situated on the deck.

The laundry is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Split system air conditioning and heating and a gas fireplace in the living areas as well as electric panel heating in the bedrooms.

There is off street parking available for 3-4 cars.

Guests provide their own Linen (Bottom Sheet, Top Sheet, Pillowcase, Towel). Linen can be arranged at additional cost (approx $15pp), contact us for details.

V8 SUPER CARS: Friday 11th September 2009 – Sunday 13th September 2009 ($1260 - 3 Night Minimum)

GRAND PRIX: Friday 16th October 2009 – Sunday 18th October 2009 ($3000 - 7 Night Minimum)
