Originally the former residence to Mr. Charles Dumas and his family, founder of the local newspaper The Courier in the 1860s. This heritage listed homestead made from local stone has been lovingly restored back to its former glory. From its high decorative ceilings to its three beautifully presented open fireplaces, this homestead radiates the charm and character of yesteryear, for the total enjoyment and relaxation experience for those who choose to stay.
Dumas House accommodates up to three couples at any one time with the bedrooms providing a grand style with the classic heritage feel.
