Nestled between two of Albany\'s premier locations, Middleton Beach and Emu point, and well away from traffic, Villa 15 is ideal for a safe, quiet and relaxing holiday.

Take a stroll or soak up the sun on Middleton Beach just a few meters away. Fancy something a little more active! Have a hit of golf on the world renowned links golf course just next door or hire a bike and take in the breath taking scenery of Middleton Bay along the bike track that passes by.

Cafés , restaurants, picnic areas, playgrounds and boating facilities are a mere two minutes drive away. A five minute drive and you’re in the centre of town.

Have a BBQ and relax in the afternoon sun with a book in the privacy of your own fully enclosed courtyard or just sit back in air-conditioned comfort and watch a DVD. At night, let the sound of the surf lull you into a deep restful sleep.

Inside Villa 15

Villa 15 is a modern, spacious, fully self contained villa featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living area that includes lounge, dining and kitchen, and fully enclosed courtyard.

The interior decoration and furnishing of Villa 15 is bright and fresh, helping to create the holiday mood.

The master bedroom with queen size bed features ensuite and private TV. Villa 15 can sleep up to 6 people with a queen size bed in bedroom two and two singles in bedroom three. All bedrooms are large and spacious with plenty of hanging space.

The living area has a stunning high ceiling and is furnished with a large 6 seater lounge, a 68cm remote controlled colour television and stereo system with DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with hot plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher so everyone can have a holiday. The dining table seats six comfortably.

There\'s a laundry complete with washing machine and clothes dryer as well as storeroom for your bikes, boogie boards and golf clubs! The enclosed courtyard comes complete with outdoor setting and gas barbeque.
