This two (2) bedroom unit is of open plan design with a large living area comprising the kitchen, lounge and dining areas leading onto the deck through the full length glass sliding doors.

With the unit being elevated, you have views over the golf course which is only metres away from the edge of the deck. the unit looks directly over the 3rd Green and 4th Tee, whilst also having extensive views of the local surrounds for miles.

Upstairs the first bedroom can form part of the open plan living area, or you can shut the double sliding doors for privacy. The second bedroom, toilet and bathroom are also upstairs. Each bedroom has a very comfortable King Size bed, with the bed in the second bedroom also able to be split into two singles.

Downstairs is the laundry, second toilet, and door to exit to the undercover parking area.

The Nearby Beach

Access to SandPiper Beach is across the road, hence a few minutes walk and you are on the long beach to the mouth of the Swan River and beyond.

You may wish to take a walk, lie on the sand, go fishing, etc and enjoy the magnificent views of Great Oyster Bay across to The Hazards and Freycinet National Park.

What Else To Do?

There are plenty of activities to do in and around Swanwick and Coles Bay. You can be as energetic as you want or simply relax and enjoy the surrounds of the golf course at the unit.

The layout and facilities of the Villa will encourage you to relax and unwind. You may wish to go for a short drive to the nearby vineyards to purchase some great Tassie wine, then drop past the Marine Farm and buy some fresh Oysters to sit on the deck and relax.

For the energetic: a bushwalk in the National Park up the Hazards to the Wineglass Bay lookout or venture on to Wineglass Bay. Walk the many beaches, play golf, go fishing, tennis, local attractions....your choices are endless!
