Description

Grandview Beach House is located at beautiful Diggers Beach, featuring expansive verandahs on both levels, facing north and making the most of the fabulous ocean and mountain views. Relax on the verandah and gaze out to sea. BBQ a feast of freshly caught seafood and sip a crisp white or cold beer as you watch for whales cruising past.

Accommodation is on 2 levels. Downstairs consists of master bedroom opening onto private verandah, with queen size bed and new large luxury ensuite, 2nd bedroom looking onto French garden, with queen size bed and bathroom. Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and large bathroom with both bath and shower (over bath). Our beds are top quality and very comfy and our linen & towels are all luxury quality Egyptian cotton with our pillows and blankets also of excellent quality and comfort. Temporary bedding can be organised for an additional 2 people if required and would best suit children. Cots can also be arranged.

There are large living areas on both levels of the spacious house with CD player, 2 HD LCD TVs including a 132cm, DVD player etc, for your enjoyment. We can also offer Broadband internet and telephone upon prior arrangement - additional fees may apply.

The kitchen is large and modern with a casual living area off the kitchen, leading to another large verandah with outdoor dining furniture and barbecue.

A large, high clearance carport for at least 2 cars provides easy access to the house. All your sporting gear will fit easily.

Grandview Beach House is a luxury, spacious house only 4 minutes walk to fabulous Diggers Beach, arguably the best beach in Coffs Harbour for safe swimming and fantastic surfing. It is patrolled throughout the summer season and surfing lessons are conducted daily.

For those who like walking, there is a pathway over the headlands from the house in both north and south direction. These pathways take you as far as you would like to go in either direction, south to the Jetty area or north, through forest, over hills and along beaches.

For the children, the Big Banana is 5 minutes walk from the house. There are several resorts in walking distance with award-winning restaurants or 5 minutes drive will get you to the Jetty precinct with its great selection of quality restaurants to enjoy.

Cinemas are also 3 minutes drive away from Grandview Beach House, with many sessions and movies available to choose from.

Linen service, beach towels, board games, etc are provided for your comfort and enjoyment.

We are able to provide COTS/BASSINETTE upon request.

THE COFFS HARBOUR AREA

Coffs Harbour is a 6 hour drive from Sydney, a 4 hour drive from Brisbane, or a 1 hour flight from either city. It has a temperate, sub tropical climate.

There are many great beaches and pristine rivers in the area to choose from and the hinterland of Bellingen and Dorrigo is a beautiful drive. Kayaking is a popular sport of the locals.

Coffs has several quality championship golf courses, being Bonville International, Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Nambucca Heads etc, all an easy drive away. Visitors are welcome at all clubs.

Accredited diving courses are available for those who wish to see what's down there and fabulous diving around the Solitary Islands Marine Park is a must for those who are keen divers already.
