3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern holiday house within walking distance to Local shops, restaurants and pubs, perfect for couples or families. There's 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and a third bedroom with 2 singles (1xbunk). And an extra trundle.
Large open plan living area, with t.v, dvd, stereo system, reverse cycle air conditioning, and woodheater.
Backyard with garden and BBQ.
Dogs welcome, no front fence but dogs can be left inside.
Bookings from xmas through to end of January are for a minimum of 7 nights.
All long weekends are a minimum 3 night stay.
*Note- No Schoolies or young groups accepted.
*Linen can be supplied at an extra charge of $25 per person
