Five people can be accommodated in this 1 bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed and single bed in the lounge.
The bathroom has a separate powder room with laundry and two way access from the bedroom and lounge. A full length balcony overlooks the tropical courtyard & tennis court with access from the lounge and bedroom.
Other features include reverse cycle air conditioning, DVD player, washing machine and dryer. All linen and bathroom towels are supplied, you only need to bring clothing, personal items and beach towels.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The accommodation was so affordable and so close to everything. We spent our days out and about and it was nice to come back to the apartment for a relax on the balcony or a leisurely swim. It's often hard to find affordable accommodation for a family of 5 and I am so glad I stumbled across this resort in my search.
I also loved the restaurant- the pizzas were divine and the service was impeccable.

This is a great find. Paradise Island Resort is clean, modern and well-equipped. The location was perfect - so much in walking distance - close to restaurants, shops, beaches and public transport. The pool was also a real drawcard. Will definitely recommend to others.

The apartment was exactly as described in the website and met our expectations. The shops and beach were nearby and within 2 mins. walking distance. The facilities - restaurants, games room, kids room, etc. were great for families to spend time and chill.
There were no hassles at all in getting into the parking and the apartment. We even got our apartment keys way before we boarded our plane to brisbane!
Room rate is value for money and would cost much more at other apartments of similar standard.
Would definitely recommend the apartment to others if they're going to Surfers Paradise

The family enjoyed every minute there, Tennis court, pool and arcade offered hours of fun for everyone, close to all shops, beaches and much more. Room really was more than what we needed, very comfortable with extras, very sure we will be back !

REAL ESTATE AGENT WAS GREAT. PARADISE ISLAND WAS THE BEST. CLEAN AND FRIENDLY EXCELLENT LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH AND SHOPS. FACILITIES WERE AMAZING WOULD RECOMEND TO ALL. ABSOLUTE VALUE FOR MONEY. BEST BREAKFAST IN TOWN AND FOR THOSE THAT LIKE A DRINK THE BAR HAD CHEAPEST PRICES IN TOWN WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK. A++ ALL THE WAY.
