This beach house is only a flat 90m walk to the patrolled end of One Mile beach. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the upstairs living and balcony area.
The house sleeps 10 people easily - It has 4 bedrooms and a Rumpus room as well as 3 bathrooms. In total there are 2 queen beds, 4 single beds and a double sofa bed.
Parking is available in the single lock up garage
The home has a lounge with TV, DVD and Stereo as well as a 2nd TV /DVD in the Rumpus room.
It has 2 covered outdoor areas, one on the front verandah as well as a rear patio with BBQ.
