Bungan beach is a an idilic pristine beach location just 40 minutes from North Sydney. The home has breathtaking expansive Ocean views and offers a genuine beach location with all modern facilities.

The home itself is ideal for either a romantic get away or for a family holiday. Sleeping Accomodation offers one large Bedroom with Queen sized Bed and a second Bedroom with bunk beds.

There are also two comfortable double sofa beds in the lounge room.

Off Street parking for 3 cars.

The location has to be one of Sydneys best kept secrets, the home offers all the creature comforts and the added convienece of the major shopping centers of Mona Vale, Newport and a short 5 minute drive to the village atmosphere of Avalon.

The area has numerous parks, great bush walks and all the benefits of a fully serviced community, with excellent Golf, movies, library, delicatesents ,bakeries and fresh organic produce as well as the well renowned Newport Hotel offering a range of entertainment

"Fantastic location, with a beautiful view of Bungan Beach and the ocean. A very comfortable home away from home. Bungan Beach is a 15 minute walk away, Mona Vale Beach is a 10 minute walk away, and it is only a short drive to other great beaches such as Newport, Avalon, Whale Beach and Palm Beach."

The house is cosy, the cupboards are full of all the basic things you need for your stay, handy beach towels, toys & games for the children.
