Comprising 3 bedrooms: BR1 1 x queen, BR2 2 x singles and 1 bunk (2 singles), BR3 1 bunk (single above double) and 1 single, well-equipped including TV, DVD, Bbq, outdoor setting, table tennis, washer and dryer. Bed linen and towels available on request ($30 plus $5pp)

HOW TO GET THERE

Around 90 mins drive from Melbourne. Take the South Gippsland Highway through Tooradin, past Grantville, turn off at Anderson to Phillip island. Pass through San Remo, over the bridge and follow the main road to Cowes. After the Rhyll turnoff and Sunderland Bay take the turnoff to the Grand Prix track and the Penguin Parade. After the Smiths Beach sign, turn left into Dolphin Ave, right into Gilmore and left into Barramundi Ave.

WHILE THERE YOU COULD....

-leave your car at the house and take a relaxing walk along beautiful Smiths Beach
-visit the world renowned Penguin Parade and seal colony
-visit the Grand Prix rack and take a test drive, go go-carting or ride a bike around the circuit
-vist Cowes and browse through the shops and have a coffee at Cafe Delectable
-picnic at Churchill Island
-check out the koalas at the Koala Conservation Centre
-visit San Remo at 11am to see the pelicans feeding and have fish and chips or a coffee later
-walk through the tracks around Rhyll or visit the local restaurants there
-visit Berry's Beach winery for a pleasant drop of red.
