Very good location close to the beach and the house was a more than sufficient for our short stay and great value. Owner was very good to deal with when organising our holiday.

We had a brilliant time and what a fantastic house, everything you need and so very comfortable. The price is amazing for such lovely surroundings and just a mintue stroll to the beach. Great place to stay and explore the region with great beaches and fantastic restuarants and wineries. Will be back next year for sure, thank you :D

lovely, clean and comfortable holiday home in our favourite destination down south. Very efficient and friendly booking service, we are keen to return as soon as possible. Spent our days sitting on the verandah watching the Blue Wrens and visiting the local wineries and restaurants, throughly relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

A magnificent beach house within minutes to one of the most pristine beaches in Western Australia. Modest, affordable accommodation. Generous balcony with gas hotplate for barbecues. Generous living and dining area. Pot bellied stove for heating. Easily heats all the space. Well-appointed kitchen with everything necessary to make those gourmet meals. Decent size fridge. Adjoining laundry with washing machine and second toilet with a door out to a large back yard with washing line and outside shower. Bring your own pegs. Bathroom with shower. Nice and new and well appointed. Good hot water supply and pressure. Master bedroom very generous with small open style steel closet. Standing fan. Queen bed was squeaky and unstable, but the owner said it would be fixed when we next visited. Bedroom next to master large with double bed with single bunk above and separate single bed. Above skylight that can be blocked during the day. Side window looks out into adjoining shed and therefore not used. A somewhat dark room because of this. Ventilation will be a problem if doors closed. A small third bedroom adjoins this via a sliding door and has access outside via a door and so can re-enter the house through the laundry door. The blind cannot be pulled up during the day-time and need addressing. Sound double bed. Owner is very approachable, fair and an excellent communicator. In summary, an excellent and well appointed beach house, close to arguably one of the best pieces of coastline in Australia. A beach house in the true sense of the word that has been renovated to provide a very comfortable stay. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend it. Just think about how the sleeping arrangement would work.
