Full size snooker table,so you can either play snooker, pool or kelly pool. We also have a table tennis table.There is also a basketball ring setup outside.

Large Entertaining Deck has an outdoor setting that seats 12 people & Gas B.B.Q. 17 meter Inground Pool with a shallow end for small children.

Beautiful jarrah wood cupboards with granite benchtops & splashback. Gas Cooktop, electric stove & dishwasher. Full size Side by side fridge & freezer.
Bed Rooms
The house has 4 Large Bedrooms in total.The main bedroom has Bay Windows and has a big ensuite, with back to back showers.

There are 2 Bathrooms and 3 Toilets. The main bathroom has a large bath and back to back showers.
Beaches
Pristine Diamond Beach is a easy 900 meter walk if you've had enough of the pool or a short drive (5 min) to Blackhead Beach which has ocean baths, great for the kids if their not used to the surf.Have a picnic or BBQ under the huge pine trees while your there.
Fishing & Boating
If your a keen fisherman the fishing off our beaches are great for jew fish, whiting & bream. Great Offshore reefs, good for snapper, pearl perch & mixed reef fish.For boating there is a boat ramp 10kms away at Shalamar which is perfect for all water sports.
Blackhead has a Supermarket, Chemist, Newsagency, Bakery, BottleShop, Post office, Tavern, Bowling Club ect. Everything you need.
Beautiful Twin Towns Forster/Tuncurry is a 15 minute drive away.They have gorgeous beaches for surfing/body boarding, water sports ect. Stocklands Shopping Centre, plenty of fine dining restaurants, BBQ Family areas/ parks. Great Family getaway.

**Also pricing depends on how many people are to stay. Even though the house can sleep 12, extra will be charged for more people, due to more cleaning, electricity being used, maintenance ect.
