Southerly Change has one of the best locations on the Great Ocean Road, and it is ideal for family beach holidays. The two story house has a parent's bedroom upstairs and two more bedrooms on the bottom floor. It sleeps a maximum of six people.
The house is within walking distance to cafes, shops, and hotel. Jan Juc beach is one block from the front door.
Southerly Change is 10 minutes walk from the Torquay Golf Club, an 18 hole course overlooking Bass Strait.
There are also great mountain biking opportunities, and the 40km Surf Coast Walk is at our doorstep.
Whether you want to relax on the beach or take part in adventure activities, Southerly Change is the place to stay.
During peak summer, there is also another house for rent on the same block. It is a three bedroom house with open plan living. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the other room has a double bed.
