Blue Water House is a fully self-contained luxury beach house, which can be rented as a whole house* or as 2 separate levels.

The Ravello Suite on the upper level offers generous accommodation for up to 7 people, while the Anacapri Suite on the lower level accommodates up to 4 people. Its surrounds include a large deck overlooking a solar heated swimming pool and a large, tranquil garden, both ideal to lounge the day away. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed from both levels. Both suites are accessed via individual and private entrances.

Blue Water House is quietly positioned just off the Esplanade and is a few minutes drive from the stunning golden sands of South Beach and the Village at Mt Martha. Explore and enjoy many of the nearby Mornington Peninsula wineries, golf courses, beaches and fine cuisine.

* The whole house must be booked over the December and January months.

Accommodation - Ravello Suite

Located on the upper level, the Ravello Suite offers three extra large bedrooms - two queens and a double bunk bedroom. The master bedroom has uninterrupted bay views and every bedroom opens onto the deck. From everywhere, catch the gentle sea breezes and all day sun.

The open plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining. You need only bring your imagination, inspiration and ingredients.

For extra romance or relaxation enjoy a soothing spa bath in the large fully appointed central bathroom. A separate toilet is located next to the bathroom.

The open plan living area, with extra comfortable couches is made for lounging. Relax with a freshly brewed coffee and a good read, or spend your time gazing out across the bay from the full-length floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Features include air-conditioning, ducted heating, flat screen TV, DVD player, cable TV (Foxtel), Wi-Fi broadband, telephone (complimentary local and national calls only), CD Stereo and a triple lock up garage. A laundry, toilet and shower facilities (for the before and after use of the pool) are located on the lower level and can be accessed via the garage.

Accommodation - Anacapri Suite

Located on the lower level, the Anacapri Suite offers two bedrooms – one queen and two extra long king singles (which can be joined to make a king). The queen bedroom is open plan, set within a large lounge and kitchenette area (includes hotplates, microwave and electric frypan), and opens onto the lower level deck and pool. A bathroom (shower and toilet) is adjacent to this.

Features include air-conditioning, ducted heating, flat screen TV, DVD player, cable TV (Foxtel), Wi-Fi broadband, telephone (complimentary local and national calls only) a CD Stereo and off street parking. A laundry, toilet and shower facilities (for the before and after use of the pool) are located on this level and can be accessed via the master bedroom.
