Beautiful 2 storey, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Consists of 2 very spacious open plan living/ dining areas with natural light and floor to ceiling glass doors and windows to make the most of all the views to be seen. A Plasma TV with DVD in the lower living area and another Plasma TV in the upstairs living area. Master Bedroom is fitted with a King Size Bed and second bedroom has a double bed with a single above it.
Neutral decor, well equipped kitchen with granite top benches. Stainless steel Smeg appliances, with dishwasher, large size fridge, oven and microwave.
A continental kitchen is also added to the upstairs area for easy entertaining. Two modern bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with a toilet and shower in each and a separate laundry with washer and dryer.

Within metres of Blue Seas Penthouse is a lovely restaurant that has a great Beach atmosphere to it, also take-away, and other shops for supplies if needed.
Approx. 100 metre walk is the beach and sailing club.
