Upstairs are the 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 stylish bathrooms and the large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The home is furnished in a contemporary style with original artworks. It has polished timber floors and a large newly renovated kitchen perfect for entertaining. There is a private 5th bedroom with separate entrance on the lower level. Enjoy a short walk to the harbour foreshore track around Cremorne and Primrose Park to middle harbour, the shops and cafes of Cremorne and Neutral Bay or a 10 minute walk to Mosman Village. The city is only 10 mins away via bus.
The house can accommodate a large family or 2 smaller families.
