CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE AND FAMILY FRIENDLY. Within walking distance to the beach, our Bach is a very relaxing family friendly house with fantastic views. Designed for TWO FAMILIES, two of the bedrooms have QS beds, one room has two singles while the fourth has a bunk set. There is also a trundle in the fourth bedroom. The formal area has a DVD/TV, lounge and dining area. The spaciousness of this room allows children to play with toys/games in this separate area. The lounge is also a sofa bed. The open plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen, dining and loungeroom (with TV/DVD/Video) that overlooks a BBQ/patio area. This area also has VIEWS to the ocean and over Binningup. The yard is fully enclosed with security fencing and there are two driveways for heaps of parking!
Both living areas have two reversed cycle airconditioners and there are plenty of games/toys/DVDs/videos and books/magazines to use in the cupboard.
A great, affordable getaway for two families!

LOCATION

CLOSE TO PERTH. Binningup Beach is a sleepy holiday town located about 1 1/2 hours from Perth and about 30 minutes from Bunbury. The reef off the coast allows Binningup to be a great beach for fishing, surfing, snorkelling and 4WD are allowed on the beach as are dogs! The main beach strip is great for swimming and there is a boat launch there too.
The house is also walking distance from a kids playground, oval and skatepark. The cycle paths around the area makes it easy to get to both park and beach by foot or bike.
Nearby is the city of Bunbury that is famous for its dolphins but certain times of the year the dolphins often swim near the Binningup shores.
In golfing circles, Binningup course is quite well known. It is a beautiful 9 hole course with ocean views that is very well maintained. Defininely worth a round or two!
A very relaxing location that is close enought to Perth that it doesn't take hours to reach but feels like a small beach town. Also close to wine regions - Margaret River/Busselton/Ferguson Valley- for day trips and shopping at Bunbury. TRY THE NEW OLD COAST ROAD BREWERY (Harvey Turnoff).
